1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stranzy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Minimum Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)

Stranzy is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. Providing false age information during verification constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate and permanent account suspension.

3. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Rules

Users must respect community standards. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Broadcasting nudity, sexually explicit material, or suggestive acts.
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or intimidation.
Underage solicitation or facilitating communication with minors.
Commercial spam, bot broadcasts, scam solicitations, or financial fraud.
Capturing unauthorized recordings or attempting to circumvent screenshot protections (FLAG_SECURE).

Violations will trigger immediate account suspension and hardware/IP bans via our moderation system.

4. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Coins purchased or earned in the app are virtual items intended solely for matchmaking filters, premium features, and virtual gifts. Coins hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency. All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing in accordance with Google's terms and refund policies.

5. Peer-to-Peer Architecture & Disclaimer

Video calls on Stranzy are facilitated via end-to-end WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. Stranzy acts as an intermediary signaling provider and is not liable for user conduct during live video sessions. Users participate at their own discretion.
